Excellent column by Joel Thayer explaining how the Department of War is bullying a private business who is trying to deliver next generation connectivity to consumers. This must stop! broadbandbreakfast.com/joel-thayer-wh…

If Congress fails to act, we risk turning our backs on the people who rushed into the World Trade Center 24 years ago and those who respond to today’s emergencies, armed with courage and a network they can trust. nypost.com/2025/09/08/opi…

Oh Look, Al Jazeera PR (the Qatari state-funded media network) is outraged that in the US independent voices are proliferating and traditional media gatekeepers are crumbling.

Reminder that Ted Hearn has been an excellent independent voice cutting through the noise to report to his growing audience. It is unsurprising deep state actors like Johnny Utah are upset that dissonant voices are getting through. Try harder next time Johnny Utah

If Disney is this committed to bad ratings, that is their choice. But what we learned this past week was that local affiliates share the values of regular Americans. They made it clear, their communities don’t want this content. Change ownership rules to empower local voices.

Tech companies have censored and deplatformed conservatives while neglecting to similarly moderate extremist far left voices on Reddit, BlueSky and Discord. Daniel Suhr and I call for the DOJ and FTC to investigate the Terms Of Service abuses by these companies.

We stand with patriot, Brendan Carr. In the face of spurious attacks from libertarians and Never Trumpers, he has been a leader for liberty and opportunity. Thank you Chairman! Never back down.

Captain Johnson is a hero and miracle. I was honored to meet him several years ago, and I’m proud the FCC voted today on a proposal that can allow state and local prisons to jam contraband cellphones.

Today is my favorite annual work day. NATE’s Tower Climbing Day where policy professionals and advocates get a chance to climb a tower. Learning firsthand the hard work and expertise required to build and maintain our Internet Infrastructure.
