#Pine marten are back in #Dartmoor for the first time in 150 years! We have worked closely with the Devon Wildlife Trust Two Moors Pine Marten project on licensing and feasibility of these elusive, forest dwelling creatures. We hope they enjoy their new home on Dartmoor!!

A memorable trip today in search of Britain’s scarcest amphibian - the Northern Pool Frog. It went extinct here during the 1990s, but a brilliant partnership effort is aiding its recovery, with frogs now once again breeding in the wild. Thank you Norfolk Wildlife Trust for hosting the visit
