I am deeply saddened by the passing of Lou Carnesecca. I was honored to represent Lou, and I recently signed a proclamation honoring his legacy. My late father, Speaker Saul Weprin, welcomed Lou to Albany many times, always to a hero's reception. May his memory be for a blessing.
