There are three ways, and only three ways, that the government pays for spending. 1️⃣ Taxes 2️⃣ Debt (taxes in the future plus interest costs) 3️⃣Inflation (hidden tax that reduces the value of all your money earned and saved). To actually cut taxes, Congress has to cut spending.

This is a major problem with current federal health policy. The Medicaid program pays providers *much* more to provide services to able-bodied, working-age, childless adults than Medicare pays providers to provide services to seniors. Will Congress address this?
