Just terrible news… (for me) Good for him, though. At least I won’t have to choose whom to hear live at 10 am, Chris Herrington on radio or Gary Parrish’s opening segment. Think I miss the spots with J. Biggs as much as he does. It was my favorite. Charge on, Geoff!

I think one of the hardest things to deal with as you get older is discovering that so many of the people you met along the way never really believed the things they claimed to believe.

The Fourth Amendment does not, in fact, allow the government to arrest a person upon “reasonable suspicion.” Where are the GOP constitutionalists? Fascism is the opposite of true American conservatism. Every Republican should be outraged by MAGA, Inc.’s assault on Americanism.

The cowardice of Congress is the best argument ever that term limits would be better than what we have now. If losing your precious House seat is so important to you that you will jettison all morals, constitutional oaths and civic pride you shouldn't have the job to begin with.

I’d unload Zach Edey too right now if I’m Grizzlies while he still has perceived mega value. I’m concerned about his health. While we are rebuilding, let’s go to the studs and address it all.

What Uncle Johnny and UCF have done this season is the biggest surprise in college basketball. Amazing. Just amazing. And couldn’t happen to a nicer person.

I wrote in Charlie Baker for POTUS in 2016, a genuine, yet symbolic, gesture. I’m sure NCAA says it’s addressing NIL chaos, the portal & private equity’s incursion into college sports, but if public priority is policing how players dress, it appears the eye’s on the wrong ball

With a pistol to his forehead, Master Sgt. Roddie Edmonds made a choice. He could save himself or save the 200 Jewish-American Soldiers under his command. For his heroism, he will receive the Medal of Honor on March 2. This is his story. 🧵
