Restart. Again. No running the last 3.5 months due to damaged foot tendons. No excuse for lack of running for the 2.5 months before that though! Starting slowly: 1km So here, if someone who has run an ultramarathon is on a 1km restart run, anyone can have a go, right? Do it!
