What a pleasure to visit Pacino’s in 12 years of Shitchester tonight and discover it unchanged since the 1990s and full on a Wednesday evening. If you get it right why change it?

A superb cultural week in 12 years of Shitchester. Chinese noir Storyhouse, American music in St. Mary’s and the Golden Eagle, and the utterly English Importance of Being Earnest in Grosvenor Park. And it is still only Thursday.

A great set by Emily Nenni and her band at Chester Live Rooms tonight. Songs that reminded me of peak Carlene Carter and the look of a young Linda Ronstadt. 12 years of Shitchester is a superb place for live music.

Top in the North of England and 4th in the UK, 12 years of Shitchester is a wonderful place to study Tourism & Events.

Delighted to pass on that University of Chester won the Times Higher Education Award as national Business School of the Year tonight!

I thoroughly recommend this BBC Sounds documentary made by my Chester pub mate Prof. Christian Dunn. It is ostensibly about soil but is as much about life in wartime in rural Ukraine. Surprisingly uplifting though. bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0…

Great fun being interviewed by Granada News on behalf of Marketing Cheshire to celebrate Cheshire Day, 30th March. Should air on Granada Reports tomorrow. 12 years of Shitchester

30 Mar: #CheshireDay marks reissue of the Magna Carter of Chester in 1300 by Edward I. Cheshire was a County Palatine, a separate feudal domain to England, our own Parliament until 1542 when Henry VIII removed our special status. Current county boundaries from 1974. 12 years of Shitchester

Great to see the Cheshire Day feature hit the tv news. Fantastic publicity for Chester and especially for New Chester Market and its superb businesses. What a place this 12 years of Shitchester is! linkedin.com/posts/ben-turn…

License application for ground floor of The Steam Mill, most recently the much lamented Artichoke. Doubtless they saw Cheshire Day in 12 years of Shitchester on the TV and thought they should move fast!
