Been looking into digital record boards. Our school does not currently have record boards for any sport. My vision is simply a tv that scrolls through each sports’ records. Could even be as simple as a ppt. Anyone seen or utilized anything similar to this?

Anyone use a website builder for their team website that they recommend? My school blocked Google Sites so I have to rebuild the whole thing. I’m not having much luck finding a new host. Don’t need anything super fancy.

I used to use coaching as an excuse not to take care of myself. If I was investing so much into others how could have time to invest in myself? Decided it was time to walk the walk. Went from 230 to 180 lbs in 6 months. Invest in yourself. It’s worth it.

One of best arguments for 🏈 and 🏀 players to run track… Music has been a part of formal education for hundreds of years. Playing the piano or violin makes people smarter. Sprinting is to the athlete what music is to the brain. 🤔
