Culture Funding Crisis, Scotland: This goes some way to show the level of stress Creative Scotland’s decision to close Open Project Funding for Individuals caused. Six months of work crammed into eleven days. Now being paid for in burn out, by people who can’t afford to rest.

I walked to the supermarket earlier, via a large group of teenage boys. I don’t remember how my name came up, but two of them followed me into Scotmid to ask who was Che Guevara. I feel sodding ancient.

Absolutely massive and enormous thanks to the wonderful people at RotundaTheatre for not only finding my necklace (which I’d assumed had been stashed away by the kittens) but also dropping it off in person at my mother’s. Currently my favourite venue ever.

So, imagine you were given £350k three years ago and it’s now all gone. No property, drugs, cars, investments etc or obvious luxuries are involved - although you live in LA. How would you have spent it?

Upcoming at Sadler's Wells is NDT with Kidd Pivot and Complicité. My mother had a stroke a year ago, there’s no way she can: a) travel to London (from Brighton) b) visit Sadler’s c) watch the show d) enjoy the evening e) afford the evening Sadler’s is not priced for us
