HAVP has gained broad support, even from those on opposing sides of other housing issues. @ChrisCQuinn, Win President & CEO, has been a vocal advocate. The need for rental assistance in NY is urgent — $250M could help thousands of families in crisis. cityandstateny.com/policy/2025/04…

“Vouchers are the best way to get somebody out of shelter and into permanent housing,” said @ChrisCQuinn, Win CEO. She’s right. NY’s budget includes $50M for rental vouchers—a major win after years of advocacy. It’s a strong start. Vouchers work. Families deserve stable homes.

We can NOT allow this rule change to occur! This will result in MORE homelessness!!!This is fiscally irresponsible!! Mayor Eric Adams don’t do this! gothamist.com/news/mayor-ada…

Christine Quinn Mayor Eric Adams This is classic insanity. Rather than have real programs to control rents, pols like Mayor Eric Adams would prefer to shift costs to already rent burdened tenants. If rents and incomes were properly aligned we wouldn't be in this mess.

“It’s financially risky & morally bankrupt,” said Christine Quinn. “You’re going to have a significant number of people who can’t pay that, meaning they’re going to go back into shelters.” This isn’t a solution—it’s a pipeline back to homelessness. We need stability, not setbacks.

Many blue collar workers actual live in shelters.Changing amount of money people have 2 pay 4 housing vouchers will keep them in shelter longer/get them evicted & sent back to shelter. Mayor Eric Adams if you care about City workers-don’t change the rules around vouchers. Win

Unless the Mayor is coming home with bags of cash for NYC, I don't see how this bromance is helping anyone except the Mayor. New Yorkers are sick of politicians willing to sell us out for personal gain. Enough is enough.

This rent hike will increase homelessness! It will force children back into shelter! Join the effort @win and stop this! #StopMayorAdamsRentHike #Homeless #homelesschildren #homelessfamilies #stopthis

Many large pension funds are calling for corporate governance reforms to address a crisis of confidence at Tesla. Call me crazy but I don't think New York City should be investing $1B+ in a company whose CEO spends his days trying to gut Social Security and the 9/11 health fund.

While others stayed silent, Justin Brannan fought the worst of Eric Adams' policies—protecting essential services that NYers rely on. Now w/ Trump in office, we need leaders with the courage to stand up to MAGA’s attacks.

Tonight, the choice for NYC Comptroller couldn't be clearer. A fighter for working families vs a career politician fighting for their own political future. Vote Justin Brannan on June 24. #PIXNYCDEBATES
