BudgetAir.co.uk absolutely shocked by the unprofessional customer/refund service. Waiting a refund since 26th of November 2021 that was supposed to arrive within 10days. Nothing arrived, 5 emails not replied to and not possible to talk to anyone. Disgraceful
The Savanna ordered 19/11/2022 given to DHL Express UK they dont ring my bell. And say I was not home. Delivery for 14:38-15:38. Get an email at 3 saying I was not home. Which I was. Now I cant get a collection code to collect. Tried 7 times. Shop closes at 7. Food goods.
