Southbound Hwy. 17 Offramp at Sims Rd. to close for 2 weeks starting Monday, June 16 at 8 pm. Crews to work behind concrete barriers to perform emergency repairs to drainage systems. Overnight closure of the #2 (right) lane at Sims Rd. Monday, June 16 at 8 pm to install barriers.

The new Highway 46 East/State Route 41 Interchange is open after a three day closure of SR 41 to connect the new interchange to the route. All ramps to the interchange are open. Two-way travel on the new westbound lanes continues for eight weeks until the eastbound lanes open.

A safety project on US 101 near Prunedale will begin Sunday 6/22 with Sunday thru Friday overnight lane closures between Crazy Horse Canyon and Dunbarton Rd. At least one lane in each direction will remain open during construction. Delays of up to 15 minutes. #SlowForTheConeZone

A four-day paving project continues on Highway 9, near Boulder Creek and Brookdale through Thursday, June 19. Work to be conducted daily from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with one-way reversing traffic control. Crews on 6/18 and 6/19 focused in Brookdale between Larkspur St. and Irwin Way.

From Saturday, June 21 at 6 am to Sunday, June 22 at 11 am, crews will perform final roadway paving on Soquel Ave. between 17th Ave. and Chanticleer Ave. under one-way flagging control. Crews will perform grinding and excavation work, place rock, and pave with vibratory rollers.

Starting Monday, June 23, crews to close the Park Ave. onramp to northbound Hwy. 1 for five months for full reconstruction. This closure is in addition to the current closures of the southbound Hwy. 1 offramp and the northbound offramp at Park Ave. where construction is ongoing.

The northbound US 101 off-ramp at Hwy. 1 near Gaviota will be closed Sat. June 28 from 6 am to 1 pm. Travelers will detour north on US 101 to State Route 246 in Buellton to reach Lompoc. Message boards will be posted. This ramp closure is necessary to replace a light pole.
