Am interested in new nerdy ideas for YouTube videos. These either explain a concept in conservation or ecology or explain a conservation project. These have something to show. Please say if at #ICCB2025 and would like to discuss an idea. youtube.com/@bill_sutherla…

On Friday in River Rhône at Chemin du Moulin des Frère, glorious swim (19.6°C) but useless snorkel, almost 0 vis due to inflow from Arve to crystal clear waters flowing from Lake Geneva. Saw only #InvasiveAlien Zebra mussels (dead?), Spiked Water Milfoil & a fish jump #MySwim 1/4

No better place to be in this heat than in River Lark (17.5°C on Tues) peeking into fabulous favoured "cave", in 500m reach at Isleham under willows, of good sized Perch, Roach & a Chub. They could only see my head so I evoked nothing but curiosity, esp. from Perch. #MySwim 1/14
