Sources say New York State Senate is expected to pass “Sammy’s Law,” which would allow the City of New York to lower speed limits below 25 mph in certain areas. This and other traffic safety bills have been a major priority for Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani The Bill’s fate in the Assembly is less clear.
