Finally saw #TheSubstance and wow. Visceral and intense filmmaking and one of the most original body horror movies I’ve seen in a long time.

I have to go with Jack Nicholson’s. I was 9, saw Batman in a theatre and I was in absolute awe of the whole film. Heath Ledger’s is a very close second as his rendition blew me away for its dark and twisted originality.

I must say that since he likes a flipped narrative paradigm where the antagonist drives the narrative, I would absolutely love to hear Stephen King’s thoughts on Sound Of Violence. Mr King if you’re seeing this, please check Jasmin Savoy Brown’s performance as a lead “villain”.
