A bunch of us have been making noise about a male that frequently flashes women near the Tottenham Marshes bridge. Below is a message I got from yet ANOTHER woman. I'm appalled Metropolitan Police haven't taken it seriously. And secondly - Haringey Council why have you done nothing?
