The Dank Informer Not if the federal government enforces Schedule 3 as its written. That gives the whole industry to big pharma and destroy thousands of businesses across all states, as none of the producers or dispensaries are FDA pharmacies dispensing FDA-approved products. Deschedule or Bust!
