As a coach, you need to set a good example for how to act in pressure situations. If you keep your composure and remain mentally strong, your players will likely do the same.

There’s more to life than sports. Don’t just be a good athlete. Be a good person!

As an athlete, always show respect to your opponent. Never be a poor sport or a sore loser. Have the maturity to win with humility and lose with grace.
