Feels like the same people who complained the counties couldn’t afford to support pro women’s teams are now expressing bafflement / anger at the fact that their county hasn’t been awarded a tier 1 team.

You can’t have it both ways!

For me, England’s greatest ever spin bowler, and at the unusual medium-pace that he bowled his twirlers, unplayable on uncovered wickets. A real gentleman, too. Very sad news for all cricket fans.

Every player has to bowl at least one over in limited overs’ cricket (maybe half an over in T20s). If bowlers all have to bat at some point, only fair it should be reciprocated. 😎
