If you found out tomorrow was your last day to live, how would you spend your time?

Stop trying to over-explain why you’re eating healthy/working out so much to your coworkers. It’s a waste of your time. Even if you explain it to them and they appear to understand, they will still criticize you. Just the truth.

BECOME the man you want your future son to be. I don’t think anyone’s son would admire a dad who’s fat, lazy, and chases pleasure more than he does his purpose. It’s not too late to turn the ship around.

Are you setting a good example for your siblings or your kids? Talk all you want but your actions speak louder than your words. If you feel like a mess, it’s not too late to clean up.
