Writing tip of the day: You are not bigger than the medium. You are a part of the process, and your job is to help the story move along. Remove yourself from it, and let it speak to you.

As a comics editor, one of my least favorite things is when a creator shotguns several full pitches at me off the bat. I want to hear about the stories you NEED to tell; not the dozen or so you think I might like. Give me 1 or 2 great options instead of 6 half formed ideas.
