Complained to Octopus Energy late Nov. Other than 1 missed call and a robo-email asking me not to go to ombudsman, I’ve had no signs of life from them, for a problem that’s gone on 2+ yrs and been with them as a formal complaint for 8+ wks. Is everything ok over there, Greg Jackson ?
