#BigBuild2019 Winner: Ballymore with the help of Old Ford Primary School. Their chosen building: the new US Embassy in London. This stunning replica was made with materials from the site itself and made with stunning attention to detail. It even lights up!

#BigBuild2019 Winner: Barnwood Construction Ltd with the help of Bishop's Cleeve Primary Academy. Their chosen building: Festive Bishop's Cleeve Model Village. Bishop’s Cleeve looks ready for carollers and Christmas shoppers to descend upon it to celebrate the festive period!

#BigBuild2019 Winner: Laing O'Rourke with the help of Mary Magdalene Primary School. Their chosen building: The Royal Albert Hall. With help from the site time, students split into groups creating a section of the model each, from the great glass to the iron wrought dome roof.

#BigBuild2019 Winner: @morgansindallci with the help of Hackwood Primary Academy. Their chosen building: Pyramids of Egypt. With part of their current curriculum focusing on Egypt the world famous Pyramids were recreated with stunning detail!

#BigBuild2019 Winner: Willmott Dixon with the help @meetmacintyre. Their chosen build: Kinder Surprise! This giant, delicious, sickly sweet treat was skilfully put together by The Tuesday art group at the MacIntyre Charity who work to empower people with learning disabilities.

#BigBuild2019 Honourable Mention: @BAMConstructUK with the help of Fatima Homework Club. Their chosen building: Dublin's new children's hospital. The kids were put into groups who each designed a unique hospital, collected materials and built the structure across three workshops.

#BigBuild2019 Honourable Mention: Mace with the help of Chilton Primary School. Their chosen building: Future Lunar Habitat. This entry comes as a warning to us all! If we fail to look after our planet, we may be forced to leave it in order to survive!

Wates Residential Wates Group team from Park East Orbit Group visited Peareswood Primary School school in London Borough of Bexley to teach the children all about #healthandsafety and have the chance to meet Ivor Goodsite who told them how to be safe on a construction site!

Before Christmas, Year 6 at MaryMagsSchool heard they were the lucky #winners of Ivor Goodsite #BigBuild2019! Yesterday, colleagues from Laing O'Rourke who worked with the class to create their model of the Royal Albert Hall returned to present the prizes. #loveconstruction

Today we had the pleasure of introducing Plasyfelin Primary 8 yr olds into the world of construction. They had a range of tasters from simulators to brick wall building etc. 'This has been the best school visit! said 1 boy. 😁 #ACESchools Well done @fourconstruct #citbfunding

The Hackney Britannia team visited Shoreditch Park Primary school last week to host two events for pupils. The first with Ivor Goodsite and the second a 'Spot the Skills' competition to encourage pupils to consider routes into construction. #MorganSindallConstruction
