I'm still in Birmingham, Alabama. I've just come off an hour long phone call to British Airways. They are charging me an additional $717 to get home, after cancelling two flights and delaying me for two days. Figure that out!

Having been held up in the USA for two days because of BA cancellations, and charged by BA an additional £600 to get home, British Airways have now told me that they are "unable to contribute" to my expenses claim, let alone compensation. Lost for words. FlightRefunds

After a calamitous experience with British Airways last June (still not resolved), I stupidly give them a try again. I get home to Edinburgh today and my luggage is in Dallas. (I wasn't even in Dallas). Go figure.
