Colleagues, in Today’s Monitor, as part of my series on the evolution of the Judiciary, I demonstrate how Amin left the Judiciary in tatters. Military tribunals assumed immense judicial power and never followed due process. Lawyers were targeted, some killed. Dr Busingye Kabumba
