ITV was routinely broadcasting 700+ programmes a year which attracted 5+ million viewers. Last year there were 60. (Source: Enders) All PSBs, including the BBC, are losing viewers, in a sense it’s extraordinary ad revenues have held up. Live sport + drama is where the demand is.
