Very old clip I thought i lost in my HDD since i lost most of my clips, I only have them on google drive, but most of are gone...

My pc won’t turn on, debug led cpu stays on on the motherboard, tried everything, i think my cpu is dead, but could be the power supply too… Anyone had similar problem?
