Positive emotions show up the same way too Instead of “Wow I’m really excited for lunch,” my mind went “What should I eat? Do I go out or cook myself? What do I cook…” Noticing this made me realize I actually don’t care what to eat!

The morning rain in San Francisco struck me, It made me feel warm and cozy, Strangely, more so than the sun, That has shone for the past week since I moved here. It just occurred to me that it reminded me of Seattle, how much I miss that place and how grateful I am for it.
