Your brain doesn't age because of time. It ages because of repetition. The more predictable your days become, the faster your neurons quiet down. Your brain builds neural pathways based on experience. New experiences create new connections. Repetition strengthens old ones. But
u probably have imposter syndrome about your skillset because youโve actually become so skilled at what you do that it now reads as โnormalโ, so you think itโs normal to everyone else too. ur actually really cool & talented. not everyone can do what you do or knows what you know.
Telling writers that theyโre โthe problemโ if it takes them 5+ years to write a book is bullshit & you need to get off your high horse. Writing a book takes as long as it takes. Some writers write a book in 3 months, others in 20 years & both methods are equally as valid. Writing
