The best type or virality? When it results in sales/follows etc. If i post a random trand and go viral, it doesn’t really matter to me. What do you think?

One of the best gifts you can give to yourself is learn how to get closure by yourself. No need for fights, revenge or anger. Do what you need to do.  Talk to yourself. Write a letter addressed to them or anything else that might come to mind.

Instagram is dedicated to ruining user experience with each new update. The app has lost its competitive advantages: photo sharing and community building IMO. If i wanted random videos from people i dont follow, i’d go to TikTok. If i wanted statuses i’d go to Facebook.

Biggest lesson:  Instead of torturing yourself, accept the people around you for who they are instead of having unrealistic expectations and trying to change them. Extra tip: what you seek usually seeks you.  Be that which you seek from others.

Hard pill to swallow:  You can give them the greatest, most detailed guide to success.. but you still can’t make them use it.  Your help only goes as far as the other person is willing to go.
