You can’t say Lud deserves this because “laws matter” if you support the current administration or anything that it’s doing. Laws and norms clearly don’t mean anything unless you’re rich and that’s the precedent YOU set. It doesn’t matter where you’re born it’s FGC.

Ludovic (Lud, Ludthinks) may have inspired you with his high level fighting game skills. I've played countless sets against his Chun-Li. More importantly, Lud is one of the kindest people I've ever met, and he needs our help. Please consider contributing or spreading the word.

For the ppl who don't want to learn, The FGC is more than just borders. We're all broken degen kids who used games to get away. We got lucky & found community, but it's also important that we protect it by not letting evil spread. ICE breaks up our family? That's evil to me.

People who don't play fighting games and have never gone to a fighting game event taking honzo's post in the stupidest way imaginable. It is in fact impossible to support a white nationalist secret police and genuinely be a part of a community as racially diverse as the fgc is.

While I would love to see the EVO announcements as a positive for more tournaments in the scene across the globe I can't help but feel 1 major entity stretching its recently bought out tendrils across everything is bad for the scene. The larger implications are very concerning

Monopolizing fighting games so that there’s only Evo and we don’t have community run events anymore goes against the entire point of the FGC, but you already know that and just don’t give a shit
