Buffalo Common Council The Buffalo Common Council should be ashamed of themselves. This was posted at 4pm on Friday. During the summer, that's the same as 5pm. It's ABUNDANTLY clear to anyone even remotely paying attention that the Council serves their own political interests and NOT the people's will.

This is an example of the egregious,undemocratic, non-participatory, so-called leadership in Buffalo. Ignore both the experts and impacted. Unwilling to even consider anything besides what will uphold the status quo. It’s maddening.

We’re still in the process of analyzing the Buffalo Common Council final map, but for now: This version changes Lovejoy to plurality white, taking the number of plurality Black districts from four down to three. So far, this is the ONLY plan to take us backwards in that regard. #BuffaloHonest
