Today I learned that Sally Beauty can sell you defective trimmers with no repercussions because if you try to use the trimmers you can no longer return them. How else would you know they're defective? And they refuse to refund you because "policy". Sounds like a great scam to me

So just to be fully clear Sally Beauty asked me to DM them so they could privately confirm that they 100% will sell you defective equipment and then tell you that you can't return it. They needed to do that privately so you all wouldn't know it's true
