ROAM-X LAUNCH - The Deputy Minister of ICT, Hon. Emma Theofelus, today officially launched the Namibia National Internet Universality Indicators (ROAM-X) Assessment at the NUST HTTP Centre in Windhoek.

Launching the assessment Hon. Theofelus said Namibia has embraced this opportunity to allow for the voluntary assessment that will provide evidence as to where precisely the national policy & development of internet systems are, particularly considering the human rights aspects.

The Internet is rapidly changing the face of public service and making daily life easier. It is against this background that the Internet Society Namibia Chapter launched the Namibia National Internet Universality Indicators Assessment in Windhoek today. nbcnews.na/node/101562
