This afternoon, the Household Cavalry’s routine drill training saw 24 members of the regiment partake in foot drill activities, the largest number of attendees at any of the regiment’s events in the past (not including inspections).

This afternoon, the Household Cavalry attended a mounted inspection rehearsal, this helps serve as an introduction for newer troopers.

Later that evening, the King visited Horse Guards to conduct a mounted review of the Household Cavalry. His Majesty was pleased by the Household Cavalry's performance and activity, as well as the organization of the event.

In lieu of an upcoming operation with the Royal Marines, today we took part in a logistics training with the Royal Navy's CLR (Commando Logistics Regiment), where Troopers learned the procedures for loading Scimitars onto the LCUs for transport. Only a few weeks to go.

Knightsbridge Barracks has officially been commissioned for use! The old game has been significantly updated, and will return to operations with HCAV. Preparations for the opening ceremony later today are underway.

This evening, we officially opened Knightsbridge Barracks with a mounted inspection. The ceremony was organized by CoH J. Whitehall, with Col. zeni1th and Cor. I. Harbinger inspecting, accompanied by SCM G. Bazinga. (1/2)

Today we held the first Tel-el-Kebir ride, the passing out ceremony for new Troopers, to be conducted at Knightsbridge Barracks. Tprs cDanxiel, Dinohdan, Lomplex, SpartenGlory, and LCpl cJessixca were given their induction as full members. The ride was led by CoH J. Whitehall.

Following the reception at Windsor Castle, His Royal Highness and the Prince of Orange inspected troops at the British Armed Forces Inspection.

Later this evening, Colonel Ismail1 announced the re-opening of the HCAV ceremonial and public duties team (More commonly known as the drill team). This display team will be lead by CoH Cartusian as team member 1. He will in the coming days select personnel to join the team.

The 105 Eagle was presented to HM The King, after which the Chief of Staff H-division Col. Ismail1 together with Maj. MisterSett marched the Eagle into its new home. The 105 Eagle will be kept inside the Household Cavalry Museum at Horse Guards Parade. [2/3]
