2024 first quarter stats: - @icom_mv received 139 cases during the first 3 months of 2024. This is a 58% increase from the same period last year - almost 90% of cases submitted to ICOM during this period were complaints of public authorities not responding at all to RTI requests

- more than 12% of all RTI requests submitted through the Portal has been appealed to ICOM so far. This may increase in the coming days. - 64% of requests were submitted to Authorities in the Executive branch. 12% to Councils, 7% to Statutory Bodies.

- highest number of RTI requests through the Portal in the first quarter was submitted to The President's Office (69 requests). By the end of the 1st quarter, PO had not accepted 42 (more than 60%) of these requests.
