FAST OR SLOW Up and running now in 18 locations on AWS. Nice! I need to spin up more of our own servers to match. A few YAML updates & then a few CloudFormation API calls. :-) BTW, Toronto / Canada is in Ontario (ON), not Quebec (QC).

We've achieved some fantastic first byte times for sitedistrict.com - testing using FAST OR SLOW. It's pretty easy to do this with Cloudflare or Cloudfront w/ page caching, but what's cool is this is using just our own EC2 edge servers on Amazon AWS, in 20 locations.

A little speed tip for you all Cloudflare users. By default, Cloudflare doesn’t cache HTML on its edge servers. This causes significantly slower load in countries other than where your origin is based. Test your site with FAST OR SLOW, you'll see the impact.
