Today, emilie fernandes & a Girls’ Takeover Ambassador Keza wa Karenzi attended the 24th Session of the National Women’s Council at Rwanda Parliament. They shared Plan International Rwanda’s best practices for nurturing girls into transformational leaders, including Girls’ Takeovers & My Younger Self.
