The Ethiopian Renaissance Dam could be a game changer for Ethiopia & the region. I’ve heard CO’s Ethiopian-American community’s concerns: if the US is to be an honest broker, we can’t play favorites. I urge Sec Mnuchin to consult w/ all 3 countries to reach an impartial solution.
