Check out our new preprint on the genetic architecture of #frailty! In this work we apply Genomic SEM to 30 frailty deficits to perform the first GWAS of the latent genetic profile of frailty, which uncovers 408 genomic risk loci! 1/8 medrxiv.org/content/10.110…
