Protocol for the next ~3 months. Test E: ~200mg/week, MWF HCG: 250IU, MWF GH: 4 IU’s daily, end of day Aiming to gain 0.5lb/week, start with 2,500cals and increment from there. Let’s see what bloodwork looks like in Sept/Oct… should be around ~185lbs.
