Hosted/invited for dinner past wknd at IrregardlessDC (5th/H NE) - 2 year old neighborhood bistro (old Le Grenier space). Great food, fun cocktails, and cool/rowhouse space

Chef is 23 year old Chris R serves great dishes like the Shnap burger (Shrimp and red snapper on one patty), with a very upscale burger, and steak

First-time restaurant owner Phil Coppage has some hospitality background, and was bartending a bit at the spot when the husband-wife lawyer couple who started the spot decided to sell a year ago. Great host
