So very delighted to see our paper (with the amazing Tim Liao) published ESR! We find that the prevalence, frequency and duration of unemployment can explain part of the rise in the Dutch wage disparities!

Excited that a new paper with Eva Jaspers and Weverthon Machado has just been published in American Sociological Review! We found that both men and women work more hours when partnered with a woman than with a man. Both own and partner’s gender drive labor market behavior! doi.org/10.1177/000312…

My longstanding passion for foreign policy and diplomacy dates back some thirty years. During my bachelor’s studies at the Ruhr University in Bochum, and follow-up studies for my master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Bonn, my interest in diplomacy grew further. p 5
