I'm curious. What's everyone's opinion on OCs related to canon characters?

I can't believe people in the Smash verse are threatening to dox people. That verse never rests, does it?

I'm somewhat tempted to make a MiiFighter and rejoin the Smash verse that way. I'm not sure if I'd do a brawler or a gunner, however.
