Interesting case. 32 year old pregnant woman, 38 weeks. Presented with atrial fibrillation. TTE shows the following images: ❗Decreased LVEF ❗Severe mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. ❗Significant dilatation of the right atrium. Images are inverted.
