To be clear given Sunak's discourse today: Anxiety can be a mild condition. Anxiety can be a moderate mental health problem. Anxiety can be so severe one ends up in psychiatric hospital for a long time and are a high suicide risk. Anxiety as a signifier doesn't tell us much.
