Confort food, today Im so tired I almost didnt train...So Im about to have me a bowl of wild salmon and shrimp. Sauté on tallow and a piece of bacon for flavor. 🤤

Alright, just for a diferent flavour and affordable protein, here is my version of Humboldt Squid. In portuguese "Pota" is a traditional coast item featured in several dishes. I just boiled it, and then off to the frying pan with homemade ghee, garlic -onion-seasoning...🤤
