Today’s happy baker is Anna, who has prepared a traditional Austrian Eggnog and a blonde brownie.

Austrian Eggnog. Pre-silced. Light, moist, and the hole in the middle is strong evidence that yes, this is not Anna’s 1st time baking. 8/10.

Bold and strong flavours put in by Anna. Cheeky surprise in having 2 cakes on one day. Only improvement would be to add a few ‘herbs’ 7/10
