Severe bleeding from circumcision happens every day in the United States. Hospitals do not report such tragedies to any central health authority. The American Academy of Pediatrics therefore claims that the incidence of death and other complications from circumcision is unknown.

This unconscious state after circumcision has long been trivialized as mere sleep, but it is more like the shock coma of a person after severe trauma and injury. The man-to-be is diminished and injured for life, and will never know it. That of course is the purpose of MGM & FGM.
