I have no energy. I’m trying everything to be productive this week. My husband is having a bad week. I want to help out more but just do not have the energy. He’s a bit grumpy with me today.

I’m struggling. Really down with my thoughts. It’s so hard sometimes. I’ve been taking long breaks from social media. It’s not helping. I’m in therapy weekly. I do need to get back to AA. The zoom meetings are just not doing it for me. I miss in person.

My husband is having caregiver burnout. I’m just in bad shape. Constant pain and no energy. I have not been pulling my fair share around the house. I feel horrible. I’m really trying. He’s stressed out.

Today was a good day. I stayed busy. I accomplished a lot around the house. Took my dogs for multiple walks today. Feeling good. Thanks for all the support.

My MS is in another flair. I’m waking up again at 4am in tears from all the pain in my legs and lower back. I’ve been doing extra therapy sessions to help me cope & not turn to drinking.
